Terms and Conditions of Sale
All contracts for the sale of goods, including the goods relating to this order / quotation or invoice and any future transactions, by Precision Pultrusions Limited, hereafter referred to as P.P.L., shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.

P.P.L. warrants that it's produce are of normal trade quality or equal to sample submitted, or to quality specified on the quotation form. P.P.L. is not to be responsible for the goods being fit for any particular purpose unless such purpose is stated on the face of this form. If any goods manufactured by P.P.L. are found to depart from whichever of these standards is applicable, P.P.L. shall be liable for replacement of such goods only, provided the purchaser notifies P.P.L. of such defect within seven days of receipt of goods. No goods are returnable to P.P.L. unless they are received within thirty days from the date of despatch. In no case shall P.P.L. be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the purchaser, including indirect or consequential loss.

The price referred to in any quotation or order is based on the current cost of labour and materials and the exchange rates current at the date of the quotation or order. If there are any increases in the cost of labour and materials or variation of exchange rates between the date of the quotation or order and the date of delivery, P.P.L. shall be entitled to charge such increased amount to the purchaser who shall pay for the same as part of the contract price.

The purchase price for the goods is due for payment by the purchaser by sight draft or by alternative terms negotiated with the purchaser and agreed to in writing by P.P.L. P.P.L. shall be entitled to charge interest at 1% above bank rates per month to the purchaser where any account is overdue for payment.

The time of delivery stated in the quotation or order form is given as a fair estimate of expected delivery date, but P.P.L. is not to be held responsible for non delivery by the specified date. P.P.L. is not to be reponsible for any matters beyond it's control, including acts of God, strikes, lock-outs or other labour disputes, fire, flood or legislation or inability to procure materials or components which result in late delivery including any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

P.P.L. is not to be responsible for any conditions, terms, representations, warranties or promises other than those given herein or as are contained on the P.P.L. official quotation form or have been agreed to in writing by P.P.L. and all other conditions and warranties expressed or implied whether by statute or otherwise are hereby expressly negatived and excluded.

If any damage whatsoever is suffered by or caused by P.P.L. whether directly or indirectly as a result of an infringement of any patent rights, design marks, copyright, or other registered trade marks or otherwise, arising from the manufacture and/or marketing of the goods the subject of this quotation, then the purchaser shall indemnify P.P.L. against all claims, accounts, costs damages and liabilities whatsoever arising there from.

The property in the goods to be manufactured shall not pass until the purchaser has paid for them in full, despite the fact that goods may have been delivered to the person and/or company which places the order.
